05 The Guidelines of ASHRAE have been followed in terms of LPD
values and for case of proposing we have used less than 30% LPD compared to
Base case
For Office: 0.78 W/ft2
For Washrooms: 0.46 W/ft2
For Passageways: 0.46 W/ft2
For Elevator Lobby: 0.44 W/ft2
For Staircases: 0.48 W/ft2
06 The following schedules have been assumed for the project
based on ASHRAE standards:
Equipment Schedule: Office: 9 am to 6 pm 90%;
Occupancy Schedule: Office: 9am to 6pm 95%;
Lighting Schedule: Office 9 am to 6 pm 90%
HVAC Schedule: Office 8 am to 6 pm 90%
07 We have a competent and effective system design to save on
Cooling Load. Base case: Inclusive of VFD pumps and enhanced COP along with cooling as well as heating capacity size of 1.
08 The tenants are required to use the fixture on lighting as it is
necessary and instructed by the owner of the project.
09 Well-ventilated, fresh air in the usually occupied areas will
surpass the least rates of ventilation as set in ASHRAE standard 62.1-2010.
10 The project has implemented the following two ways to satisfy
air filteration compliance:
1. Entryway system at the building's main entrance
2. Use of MERV-13 filters
11 The provision of C02 sensors will be offered in the returning of
air
(so as to observe & track a level that is 530 ppm maximum) in all of the areas that are occupied on a regular basis.
