Following Schedules that have been assumed as per ASHRAE for the project are as follows:

Occupancy Schedule: Office: 9am to 6pm 95%; Equipment Schedule: Office: 9 am to 6 pm 90%;
Lighting Schedule: Office 9 am to 6 pm 90%
HVAC Schedule: Office 8 am to 6 pm 90%

For Cooling Load saving we have an efficient system design with VFD pumps and with better COP with cooling & heating capacity sizing of 1.

It will be mandatory for the tenants to use the lighting fixtures as directed by the project owner.

Fresh air ventilation in all the regularly occupied areas will exceed the minimum ventilation rates as prescribed in ASHRAE standard 62.1-2010

Project has planned to execute the following two approaches to meet the compliance for air filteration:

1. Entryway system at building main entrances
2. Use of MERV-13 filters

CO2 sensors will be provided in the return air (for monitoring & tracking a maximum level of 530 ppm) in all regularly occupied areas.
